In our opinion this is the best piece of terrain in this historic village of Avo. It has large open terraces supported by beautiful stone walls. It is entered by a driveway which has a wooded area then sweeps towards the large granite house that is in need of complete restoration.

There are wide open views to the village where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a large river beach and recreation grounds perfect for the summer months. The air here is so pure, there is no pollution. Just perfect.
